About me

I’ve been broadcasting to the world for all of my adult life: Thousands upon thousands of pieces to camera, interviews and news reports.

I spent over a decade on the frontlines of broadcast journalism, behind and in front of the camera. Networks I worked for were CNN, BBC, ITV, Swiss Radio International and for two years I was the London correspondent for Swiss National TV (SF). Since becoming a business owner and author two decades ago, I became the interviewee which means I understand the media from both sides: Interviewing and being interviewed. I have trained elite bankers and CEOs how to speak on to the media and to camera.

With a passion for content creation, I’m excited to share my love of media with you, so that you can use this wonderful tool to sell your products and services with ease.

What exactly does the course cover? How is it laid out?

The virtual course is divided into four modules and each module has separate videos for each subject matter:

Module 1 – Broadcasting Energetics gives you an introduction to the world of broadcasting and how the dynamics of using voice and image work. There is an in-depth training on story telling, using the hero’s journey technique.

Module 2 – Be Heard is the audio section of this course. It explains how to use your voice to broadcast your messages and what tools to use to do this.

Module 3 – Be Seen is all about visuals, image, lighting, getting your background setting right and setting up your home media centre.

Module 4 – Go Live helps you understand preparation, overcoming nerves and coming across clearly when you go live.
