This module will also look at how to deal with difficult customers and how to hold space for a big group.

Module Eight has a focus on the daily schedule of your retreat and how to best plan it so that the crucial first two days – when expectations are high – run smoothly. How can you optimise the schedule to ensure a transformational week for all those present? Learn what can be adapted when things need changing last minute. In this module we’ll also look at the pros and cons of shorter retreats and how to organise a tight, perfectly planned and implemented schedule to allow for more freedom and flexibility.
